As interest rates increase, and the economy slips into recession, how will you supplement your income to allow you to survive until the next economic expansion?

While other real estate licensees may look down upon you for daring to suggest that real estate can be done “part time,” you need to do what works for you and your family. If you can find something that is industry related, all the better. New business models may encourage new business practices for agents and brokers.

Also consider things like Property Management, setting up real estate investment groups (speak with your broker first on these two), and then there is the opportunity that will come with the future paradigm of real estate sales, such as Fees for:

data capture
loan and other ancillary referrals
concierge and relocation roles
