Housing is Infrastructure…

The aging of our Housing Stock in the US. It is aging and decaying like our roads and bridges.
Take a look at what is happening to the housing stock under 10 years old, and that over 40 years old.
Not only do we have an availability and affordability problem, we have an aging problem, and the problem is growing.
We need to build more homes.
Knowledge is power.
If homes are your product, this information is important to your future opportunites to have inventory to work with.
It is no mystery why Institutions are buying up what they can…there is a housing shortage and when there is a shortage of anything, the price usually increases.
